About the project
Lysaker Brygge Dental Clinic needed more than a standard website with a link to external booking. The goal was a cohesive experience where patients stay on the clinic's site, with information, trust and appointment booking in one journey.
Challenge
The Opus booking system sends patients to an external login screen outside the website. They leave the clinic's experience mid-flow, which weakens the professional impression and falls short of what patients expect from a modern, well-designed user journey.
Solution
By building appointment booking into the website, the clinic achieved the same look and flow throughout the entire booking process. The solution is more cohesive and builds greater trust with patients.
